Looking for someone with strong Joomla skills to work with me on the re-design of my website showground.com.
The website's target audience is the self promotion of people seeking to become models and/or dancers.
I want users to be able to create an account and upload their own profile which will include images and videos. I am open to your suggestions on ways to achieve these objectives and improve the site appeal.
If you have any knowledge of this industry, it would be a definite advantage as I am looking for an ongoing arrangement for the right Vworker.
Detailed Requirements:
I will need you to do the following work.
1. Do some research and help choose the site “theme” to attract the right audience to the site
2. Install any plugin’s required and ensure the search feature works correctly
3. Enable on the site, the ability for users to create their own account and upload their own pages
4. Create controls that allow users to add upload articles up to 3 pages of A4 text. Plus add up to 10 pictures (8mb) and 3 short videos up to 5mb
5. Add searching features, Users can/will be able to search for talented individuals by Country, Sex, Age, Ethnic origin, Language and Skills
6. Create new or use free/GPL images to match the theme and upload them.
7. Design the main logo for me in photoshop format so that it can be used on printed advertising and on the website
8. Choose the right style of SEO features for the website and choose the right configuration options.
9. Develop additional themes for use during Christmas / Valentine / Summer and Winter.
10. Add the page names and titles, with a line of default text as I shall write the wording for all the pages myself.
To summarise your skills.
1. You will be able to create suitable images for the site, optimise and upload them
2. You will have an excellent understanding of Joomla
3. Be able to update me at the end of each week on what progress has or has not been made on this project
4. Be able to complete the above work in less than 60 days although there is no need to rush this project.
