We have 100's of sites and dozens of "todo" items that we want to manage in a central manner that we share with our designers/coders.
I see simple structure of tables like
Sites
Projects
Tasks
Notes
Users
Sample Data might be
Site: example: www.randomasads.com (can have unlimited projects, tasks & notes)
Project: example: redesign home page
Task: example: assign to designer (user) (due) (comments) (% Complete)
Notes: can be assigned to Sites, Projects, Tasks, & Users (user) (date)
User: (name, password, level (1-5))
Page should be simple like Ajax/Jquery for users to understand and update information.
